Ice Cream Makes Everything Better

Since all of my posts so far have been about the adoption, I wanted to take this opportunity to focus on our other priority:  Our 5 year old son, Samir.  If you read yesterdays post, you know that he had a tough time when the package came with a gift for "A" and not him.  It is definitely true that we have been so busy lateley with adoption paperwork that Samir has been getting less one-on-one time than usual.  I have been meaning to take him on a "date" for the past few weeks but just hadn't gotten it done until yesterday afternoon.  Below are some pictures from our date at B&R.  From the pictures, it's really hard to tell if he is enjoying it or not (Ha Ha!).  It was a nice break for both of us.
